The park is really nice. Stayed here with my family, and we all loved it. My 3 boys had fun, playing with other kids, swimming, playing soccer... And it goes on. The facility is kept clean at all times. The owners are really friendly and very helpful. Will definitely come back and refer the park to my friends.
Great New Year's Eve. Kids got amongst some fish. Cheers to the care taker helping us out with his jump starter. As we had a flat battery. Will def be back.
Love it love it!!! Great place, very clean, nice views, great space for camping and fishing. Kids love it. I highly recommend. Thank you Mr herbert for been very nice and friendly with our children especially with our son that has special needs. Thank you I really appreciated that. We are coming again next year!!!
I love this park, my kids had a ball and enjoyed the pool area. I loved all the beautiful Australian bird life in the aviaries. Very clean and tidy Park.Thank you Troy and Idalia for being such great hosts.See you again soonKind RegardsClaire and Family
Great place to stay. Off the highway and reasonably quiet. Friendly hosts and clean facilities. This is the second time we have come here for a quiet weekend. Inglewood is 10 minutes away with shops cafes fuel and almost everything you need.
A nice, quiet spot with a bush atmosphere. There's nothing fancy here but that's what made it a top spot to get away from it all. Clean, new amenities. Camp fires permitted. The dam is great for water skiing and there wasn't too many boats either. Close enough to Inglewood and Goondiwindi for supplies or a day trip.
Great place and super friendly atmosphere, well maintained and everything is spot on,, oh and the fishing is awesome as well
This caravan park located 12 Kms out of Inglewood has beautifully manicured grounds with fantastic amenities. The ablution block is one of the best appointed and cleanest I have used. We stayed three nights and have no hesitation in recommending this park to other travellers. Thank you for your hard work - it was a pleasure to stay with you.
This place sounded nice from other reviews. It is out of town and just off the highway. The night we were there it was raining and cool. The caravan spots are all on a slope so lots of jacking to set up level. The amenities are clean a little old but the water was hot and plenty of room in the shower. The cabin that my in-laws stayed was basic, bed was warm but not much room. The lake is across the rail line. The host were nice but being very wet we did not go to the fire pot in the afternoon. Don't know if we would stay again as it is not an area we pull up in.
Some other might find it with a different view.
Note; The Inglewood Pub but 13km to town has basic pub meals. The pub is an old queenslander style pub with rustic public bar and old style dining room. The owners were real friendly and a great place to get out of the wet with a nice hot meal and beer. Plus the wine was not in a box.
We took our van there for a day and stayed 3, and could have stayed longer. It is just lovely with a view over the lake and countryside, very peaceful, clean amenities, lovely grounds, and a nice salt water pool. The lady there and her son were lovely. We just pulled in an chose our site, no hassles about which way to face our van, not the rules and regulations like in some van parks, we then went a paid, there were only 4 other vans there. The railway line along the boundary of the park is not used much, but my husband was thrilled when a grain freighter roared past and blew its whistle, only one train went by in the 3 days we were there, the railway is sooo underutilised and too many trucks on the road. I digress. Supplies can be got at Inglewood the lovely little town a few Ks away. You can camp on the lake if you dont want power, toilets and showers are there. the fishing is great apparently. We hope to go back there one day.
